Dr. Haror's Wellness is a wellness brand dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through trusted, science-backed care. We are looking for a creative and result-driven social media professional to build our online presence, engage our audience, and generate quality leads for the clinic.

JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing all social media activity of the brand. The role covers content creation, community management, paid campaigns, reporting, and online reputation management to strengthen brand visibility and drive patient enquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos on wellness, skincare, health tips, and treatments.
• Coordinate with doctors and the in-house team to ensure content is accurate and compliant with healthcare advertising guidelines.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, comments, and direct messages.
• Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns (Meta Ads) to generate leads and appointments.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and submit monthly reports.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Manage online reputation, including Google reviews and social media feedback.
• Coordinate shoots, influencer collaborations, and patient testimonials.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or clinics.
• Strong command of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (Photoshop/Premiere is a plus).
• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and basic analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in lead generation for clinics or wellness brands.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Business Profile management.
