Job Description

Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Design and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, carousels, stories) aligned with brand tone and real estate trends.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) focused on lead generation.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social channels in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, etc.).
Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams for content alignment and lead nurturing.
Stay updated on social media trends, real estate marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

Qualification:

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and basic video editing tools.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
