Job Description

The role requires 1 to 2 years of B2C E-commerce experience or prior experience in the Fintech domain. You need to be based in Bangalore and should be able to work from the office. A solid ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form is essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory, while knowledge of south Indian or other regional languages would be an added advantage. You should be willing to work in shifts, six days a week, and possess a customer-focused mindset. Extensive experience with Omnichannel customer support is required, including handling Chat, Email, Social Media, App reviews, and Phone calls. A typing speed of 35 WPM (Words per minute) with the ability to manage multiple chat sessions concurrently is necessary. It would be beneficial if you are familiar with ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Fresh chat, and Ozonetel cloud agent telephony software.,
