We’re looking for a Digital Marketing SME who understands the digital landscape, brings strategic thinking to the table, and can guide teams in delivering effective digital campaigns for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop digital marketing strategies and campaign plans based on client objectives.

Guide and oversee social media strategies, content calendars, and campaign execution across multiple brands.

Review content, creatives, copy, and campaign ideas to ensure quality and alignment with brand objectives.

Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Work closely with social media managers, content writers, designers, video editors, and performance marketing teams.

Provide strategic inputs for brand positioning, audience growth, engagement, and digital visibility.

Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific content.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Support client presentations, pitches, brainstorming sessions, and campaign proposals.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timelines.

Help troubleshoot campaign challenges and guide the team on best practices.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or integrated marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital campaigns, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Experience working with multiple brands or clients, preferably in an agency environment.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to guide teams and communicate ideas clearly.

Good understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and reporting.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience across industries such as entertainment, lifestyle, real estate, fashion, and consumer brands.

Understanding of influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns.

Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing.

Knowledge of Canva, AI tools and emerging digital marketing technologies.
