Social Media Executive (Content & Client Servicing)

As a Social Media Content Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms for three mall locations in Delhi. This involves visiting each mall regularly to capture real-time content using a smartphone, identifying trending topics and customer insights, and coordinating with mall teams for on-ground updates and event coverage. You will also be responsible for developing and managing a detailed monthly content calendar, working closely with the internal design team to finalize creative assets, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact between the agency and mall teams, gather updates and campaign requirements from mall managers, and provide reports on content performance with suggestions for improvements. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or client servicing, along with strong communication skills and creative thinking abilities. Knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices is essential. Prior experience with retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands, as well as familiarity with Instagram Reels and viral content strategies, would be considered a bonus.
