As a digitally-savvy Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence across various platforms. Your responsibilities will range from content creation to influencer collaborations and performance-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience while reflecting our brand's aesthetic. Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Management: - Take ownership of daily content planning, posting, and community engagement on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other emerging platforms. - Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels. - Influencer & Creator Partnerships: - Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations for product launches and brand campaigns. - Track the performance and ROI of influencer activations. - Digital Campaigns & Paid Media: - Assist in executing paid social campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) in collaboration with the performance marketing team. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions. - Content Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to develop impactful visual and video content. - Brief and oversee shoots, user-generated content (UGC), and seasonal storytelling initiatives. - Analytics & Reporting: - Track performance metrics, derive valuable insights, and suggest optimization strategies. - Prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and the impact of campaigns.
