Social Media Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage day-to-

day social media activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation,

account management, performance tracking, and supporting overall digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms

(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Write captions, coordinate creatives, and ensure brand consistence.
• Assist in planning monthly content calendars.

Social Media Management

• Manage daily operations of social media accounts.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
• Ensure timely responses and community interaction

Client/ Brand Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams or clients to understand requirements.
• Implement feedback and ensure deliverables are met on time

Performance Tracking

• Track key metrics like reach, engagement, and followers.
• Prepare basic reports and share insights for improvement.

Campaign Execution

• Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
• Support paid ads and influencer collaborations (if applicable).

Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and viral content formats.
• Suggest new ideas to improve engagement and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and creative writing skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling tools.
• Basic analytical skills to understand performance metrics.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of paid ads.
• Basic design or video editing skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
