As a skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist at Ash and Amber, you will be responsible for managing our brands" online presence and supporting our growing digital initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms, developing and optimizing paid ad campaigns, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance, handling basic website backend tasks such as product uploads, updates, and troubleshooting, as well as staying updated on digital trends and suggesting innovative strategies. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in social media management and ads, be familiar with website backend systems like Shopify/WordPress or similar platforms, possess strong analytical and creative skills, and be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently. This position is full-time and permanent, and the work location is in person.
