With a focus on creating high-quality perfumes for the modern Indian consumer, ScentClub is looking for a creative and digitally savvy individual to join their marketing team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and schedule posts on Instagram and other social media platforms. - Support content creation including photos, reels, stories, captions, and hashtags. - Monitor audience engagement and provide insights to the team. - Utilize AI tools to generate captions, design concepts, and analyze social trends. - Track post-performance metrics and contribute to monthly reporting. - Collaborate on campaigns, contests, and influencer outreach. - Stay updated on Gen-Z trends and content related to the fragrance industry. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a similar field. - Strong understanding of Instagram, Threads, and short-form video platforms. - Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or AI image/video editing tools (e.g., D-ID, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Midjourney) is a plus. - Good writing skills and a keen visual sense. - Available to work full-time from the Mumbai office. - An interest in beauty, lifestyle, or fragrance is a bonus.
