Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (Canva) Create visually appealing, brand-aligned graphics for posts, ads, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns. Develop creative assets tailored for various formats and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Content Creation Write engaging captions, blogs, and social media copy customized for each platform. Assist in producing educational and promotional content for both digital and print media. Reels & Video Content Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality reels and short-form videos in line with brand voice and trending formats. Social Media Management Handle daily posting, scheduling, and content calendar management across platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow online communities. Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements. Job Postings & Recruitment Support Create and manage job postings on platforms like Indeed, Updazz, and Internshala. Track applications, screen candidates, and coordinate follow-ups with HR or management. Zoom Link Management Create and manage Zoom meeting/webinar links as required for internal and external events. Requirements Proven experience in Canva and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva Video). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and scheduling tools. Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, or email marketing is an added advantage.
