Post content, respond to messages, and engage followers. Plan and execute promotions on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Monitor Ads Performance – Track ROI, reach, and budget on digital ads. Customer Support – Reply to queries via WhatsApp, email, and chat. Order Processing – Update website orders, generate invoices, and coordinate dispatch. Maintain Records – Keep data of leads, orders, returns, and feedback. Daily Reporting – Submit updates to management with analytics and performance.
