Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, curating engaging content, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and tracking campaign performance to ensure consistent brand presence and growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop visually appealing and brand-aligned posts
• Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and community management
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Research current trends, hashtags, and engagement techniques to optimize content strategy
• Support influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and campaign executions
• Maintain a social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
• Monitor competitors and industry trends for insights and new opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or coordination (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content formats
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and time management skills
