Social Media Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our company’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, monitoring analytics, interacting with the audience, and supporting overall digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with campaigns, promotions, and company goals.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize strategies.
• Assist in the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Support paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all social platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal projects, internships, or professional).
• Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.).
• Understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
