About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Content Scripting Expert who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping Instagram content. You will be responsible for creating strong hooks, short-form scripts, and story-driven content for Reels and Carousels that align with our brand voice and audience psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling hooks and short-form scripts for Instagram Reels and Carousels
• Convert concepts, trends, and briefs into engaging social media scripts
• Understand Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour
• Adapt brand tone and messaging into relatable, high-impact content
• Think in stories and narratives, not just captions
• Collaborate with the design and social media teams
• Test content ideas, analyse performance, and iterate quickly
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all social media content

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content writing or scripting
• Strong understanding of Instagram content formats and trends
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Ability to write crisp, engaging, and emotionally resonant content
• Fast execution mindset with openness to feedback and iteration
• Preferably female candidates
• Experience with lifestyle, D2C, wellness, or beauty brands is a plus
