Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and strategic Social Media Content Creator & Manager who can build and manage our brand presence across platforms.

The ideal candidate understands interior design aesthetics, product-based marketing, and knows how to convert visual content into engagement and leads.

This role involves both content creation and strategic planning — from shooting reels to analysing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Material Trend’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Maintain consistent posting schedules
• Ensure cohesive brand tone, visuals, and messaging

2. Content Creation

• Create high-quality posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos
• Shoot and edit content from site visits, showroom displays, material samples, and projects
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and creative copy aligned with brand voice

3. Content Strategy & Planning

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Develop content for both: Interior projects (B2C audience) & Premium materials (B2B & B2C audience)

4. Engagement & Community Building

• Respond to comments and messages
• Engage with architects, designers, and potential customers
• Build a strong, interactive online community

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & Pinterest content
• Experience in shooting and editing videos (mobile + basic editing tools)
• Knowledge of Canva / CapCut / InShot / Adobe tools
• Strong copywriting skills in English
• Understanding of aesthetics related to interiors, architecture, or materials
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
