Job Description

Innoveity Tech Solutions Private Limited is looking for a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage SEO, content writing, paid social media advertising, and social media account management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent content creation skills, knowledge of social media advertising, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts while delivering measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, and internal links.
• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Identify SEO opportunities to improve organic visibility and search rankings.

2. Content Writing & Creation

• Write website content, blogs, social media captions, ad copy, and promotional content.
• Develop engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and other short-form videos.
• Create creative headlines, taglines, and campaign messaging.
• Produce SEO-friendly content aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Proofread and maintain high standards of content quality.

3. Social Media Advertising

• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop audience targeting strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign budgets, cost per lead, engagement, and conversion performance.
• Test and optimize ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign results.
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop effective advertising materials.

4. Social Media Account Management

• Manage social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Develop monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative team members.
• Handle client communication, content approvals, and campaign updates.
• Monitor engagement, follower growth, and account performance.
• Prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements to social media strategies.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
• Excellent content writing and copywriting skills.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
• Understanding of social media strategy, account management, and content planning.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a creative team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and social media management is preferred.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple digital marketing functions are encouraged to apply.
