Madrix Media is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, creative storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to develop content ideas that align with client requirements and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, short-form videos, captions, and other digital content.
• Research trending topics, audio, formats, and social media trends.
• Prepare content concepts, scripts, and creative briefs for video production.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to execute content plans.
• Maintain brand consistency across different social media platforms.
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Follow content calendars and meet assigned deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
• Ability to research, plan, and execute content ideas independently.
• Good written English skills for captions, scripts, and creative copy.
• Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio or samples of previous social media work are preferred.

Work Requirements

• This is a work-from-home position.
• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable laptop or computer.
• Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with the team through online meetings and communication platforms.
• Candidates must be available to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
