We are looking for a creative, confident, and social-media-savvy UGC Content Creator who can create engaging short-form content that feels authentic, relatable, and native to platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Job Overview

As a UGC Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating short-form video content that promotes our brand, services, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing the camera, speaking naturally, creating hooks, following trends, and converting marketing messages into engaging content.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts, scripts, reels, testimonials, product/service explainers, and promotional videos.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

• Create engaging UGC-style videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Appear on camera and communicate confidently and naturally.
• Create videos based on provided briefs, scripts, concepts, and campaign objectives.
• Develop relatable and authentic content rather than overly promotional content.
• Create different content formats including:
• Talking-head videos
• Explainer videos
• Testimonials
• Problem-solution videos
• Product/service demonstrations
• Educational content
• Trend-based Reels
• Promotional videos
• FAQ videos
• Customer-perspective videos
• Behind-the-scenes content

Content Ideation

• Research current Instagram/YouTube trends, formats, hooks, sounds, and content styles.
• Generate fresh UGC concepts and content ideas.
• Understand the target audience and create content that resonates with them.
• Develop strong opening hooks to capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Suggest creative approaches for improving engagement and retention.

Script & Presentation

• Understand and execute short-form video scripts.
• Convert marketing briefs into simple, conversational language.
• Deliver dialogues naturally instead of sounding scripted.
• Experiment with different tones, storytelling styles, hooks, and CTAs.
• Provide multiple takes when required.

Shooting & Basic Production

• Record high-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Maintain good lighting, framing, audio, background, and overall presentation.
• Coordinate with the editing team or perform basic editing when required.
• Ensure videos meet platform-specific requirements such as aspect ratio, duration, captions, and visual quality.

Social Media & Trends

• Stay updated with current social-media trends.
• Monitor competitor and industry content.
• Identify trending formats that can be adapted to the company's brand.
• Maintain awareness of what performs well on Reels and Shorts.
• Track content performance and use insights to improve future videos.

Collaboration

• Work with the marketing, performance marketing, design, and content teams.
• Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Take feedback positively and make revisions when required.
• Maintain a consistent content schedule.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong confidence in front of the camera.
• Natural and expressive presentation style.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to create strong hooks and CTAs.
• Good storytelling ability.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment.
• Basic understanding of social-media trends.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural delivery.
• Good sense of body language, expressions, and presentation.
• Basic knowledge of mobile video shooting and editing is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience creating Reels, Shorts, UGC, influencer content, or social-media videos will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a strong personal Instagram/YouTube portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Experience

Freshers: Can apply if they have strong communication skills and confidence on camera.

Experienced candidates: 1–2 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, social-media content, video creation, or a related field will be preferred.
