Social Media Content Creator & Contributor

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator & Contributor to build engaging digital content that resonates with students aspiring to study abroad. The role focuses on creating reels, short-form videos, and unique concepts to showcase our services, student success stories, admissions tips, and life abroad insights. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, knowledge of trending formats, and the ability to turn educational information into captivating, relatable content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Ideation & Concept Development
• Develop engaging content concepts and strategies aligned with the firm’s brand and goals.
• Create innovative ideas for reels on topics like admissions guidance, visa tips, test preparation, student experiences, and campus life abroad.
• Research social media trends and adapt them to education-related storytelling.
• Content Creation & Execution
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels, short videos, and posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Work with counselors and students to feature authentic experiences and success stories.
• Ensure all content is visually appealing, informative, and brand-consistent.
• Engagement & Community Building
• Create content that sparks interaction, such as Q&A reels, myth-busting videos, and student journey highlights.
• Collaborate with current and past students for testimonial-based reels.
• Monitor audience engagement and suggest improvements to grow reach.
• Brand Promotion & Campaigns
• Support marketing campaigns by designing reels around application deadlines, scholarship announcements, and country-specific study opportunities.
• Use trending audio, hashtags, and formats to maximize visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign alignment.
• Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance of reels and content to understand what resonates with the target audience.
• Share insights and recommend content strategies for better reach and conversion.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and education industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong creative storytelling and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media trends, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for graphics.
• Passion for education, international exposure, and helping students achieve their dreams.
• Prior experience in education, counseling, or student-focused content creation will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
