Social Media & Calling Executive

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Social Media & Calling Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, engaging with the audience, and handling calling-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow company presence across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on a regular basis
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls as per company requirements
• Build and maintain strong client communication and follow-ups
• Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and lead generation activities

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or calling (freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good understanding of social media trends and content creation
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,864.07 - ₹15,000.00 per month
