Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and executing aninnovative and engaging social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and more). Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creative teams to plan and create high-quality, child-friendly visual and textual content that aligns with the brands tone and values. Campaign Management: Execute and monitor social media campaigns, product launches, promotions, and festive-season campaigns that target parents and engage their interest in kidswear fashion. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and managing\ conversations with parents, influencers, and brand advocates. Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant mom bloggers, kids influencers, and fashion content creators to amplify brand reach. Paid Social Media: Work with the paid performance team to implement and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive conversions, lead generation, and traffic to the app and website. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, kids fashion industry updates, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand stays ahead of the curve. Online Reputation Management: Quickly respond to any negative/positive feedback or social media crises, working closely with the customer service team. Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitors; social media activity, ensuring the brand stays competitive within the kidswear fashion industry. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in the fashion or D2C industry. Skills: o Strong understanding of all social media platforms and tools. o Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content. o Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics). o Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.). o Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (designers, photographers, etc.) and manage content calendars. o Experience with influencer marketing and online community building. o Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
