Social Media Assistant - Content Creator - Pet Care

You will be responsible for creating engaging Instagram content, especially videos and reels, that bring brand stories to life, drive engagement, and connect with the community at PawsnCollars and Pet People Cafe. - Shoot and edit high-quality Instagram Reels and videos showcasing pets, people, events, products, and behind-the-scenes moments. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns. - Manage day-to-day Instagram posting, engagement, and audience interaction. - Stay updated on Instagram trends, audio tracks, and reel formats to ensure fresh and engaging content. - Assist with on-site shoots, including customer stories, pet grooming sessions, caf events, and product features. - Organize and archive photo/video content for easy access and reuse. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience creating content for Instagram, especially reels and short-form video. - Strong skills in smartphone videography, editing (using apps like InShot, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Rush). - Aesthetic sense for visual storytelling with a good eye for composition, lighting, and pet-friendly content. - Comfort working around pets and capturing spontaneous, candid moments. - Understanding of Instagram insights and basic performance metrics. **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. - Basic knowledge of pet care or genuine love for animals. - Photography skills for still shots for stories/posts.
