Job Description

Develop and schedule engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Monitor social channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate as appropriate
Assist in creating and editing graphics, videos, and copy optimized for each platform
Track social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and compile performance reports
Conduct hashtag research and leverage trending topics to boost visibility
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Content teams on campaign ideation and execution
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely publication of posts
Engage with community members, influencers, and brand advocates to foster relationships
Help run paid social media ads and monitor ad performance and budgets
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and emerging social trends
