Social Media and Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Contribute creative ideas for social content (reels, stories, polls, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging posts on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
• Assist with weekly/monthly content calendar planning and execution
• Engage with our community: respond to comments, messages, and DMs
• Track engagement metrics and help with performance reporting
• Research trends and monitor competitor activity
• Review our digital strategy and suggest improvements
• Develop campaigns and define measurable KPIs
• Monitor SEO and traffic across social platforms
• Provide customer support via social channels
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for performance
