ECEA is built and steered by her vision and expertise, while ECEA’s team leads delivery, partnerships, and scale‑up. ECEA draws from proven frameworks (including National ECCE curriculum and the Disability Screening Schedule embedded in national ECCE curricula). Mission: Professionalize ECCE practice, expand disability screening and inclusion, and set quality standards for under-3 care and early childhood education of 3-6 yr olds in both public and private systems. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Intern to assist in developing an engaging online presence and amplifying our mission. The intern will support the creation, curation, and management of content across multiple social media platforms, helping us reach stakeholders in the ECCE and disability sector. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned to objectives. · Create engaging content (graphics, posts, reels, short videos) tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp and X (Twitter). · Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ways to connect with target audiences. · Manage posting schedules to ensure consistency in messaging. · Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media analytics reports. · Support in live coverage of events, webinars, and online sessions hosted by the institute. · Collaborate with the team to highlight student stories, training programs, and achievements. Desired Skills & Qualifications: · Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field. · Strong research, articulation and storytelling skills with attention to detail · Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or equivalent). · Familiarity with social media platforms and digital engagement strategies. · Passion for education and interest or qualification in early childhood development/child development is a plus. · Having a personal laptop and software would be preferred.
