Social Media and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist who can blend strategy with creativity. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media trends, and the ability to produce creative content that connects with our audience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow Monz Creative School’s digital presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, blogs) tailored for social media audiences.
• Shoot and edit videos to showcase our community, workshops, and creative initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies & social media algorithms.
• Skills in video editing is plus.
• Content creation flair – from visuals to captions that drive engagement.
• Creativity, consistency, and the ability to think outside the box.
• Bonus: Experience in running ads, SEO, or community management.
