Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory - south Indian states. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners and key accounts. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities. Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure high performance. Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
