Social Impact Measurement Intern

As a Social Impact Measurement Intern at Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS) in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in tracking and communicating the impact of various initiatives, especially those aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Your passion for sports and interest in impact assessment will be key assets in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in collecting and tracking data across various IIS initiatives - Support internal teams in gathering and validating program indicators - Contribute to the development of impact reports and donor communications, especially for CSR partners - Design dashboards, infographics, and presentations to effectively visualize impact - Conduct research on CSR alignment and engage with existing and potential CSR partners - Help document impactful stories that showcase program outcomes and beneficiary journeys **Qualifications Required:** - Strong written and visual communication skills using tools like PowerPoint and Canva - Proficiency in Excel for data organization - Analytical thinking with a keen attention to detail - Basic understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and impact measurement tools **Educational Background:** - Masters degree (or in final year) in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sports Management, or a related field - Previous internship or academic exposure to social impact, development, or sport-for-development projects is preferred If you possess a passion for Olympic and Paralympic sports, along with a basic understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and a proactive, collaborative mindset with a hunger for learning, then this internship opportunity at Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS) could be the perfect fit for you.,
