Job Description – Business Development Executive Organization: SEEDS (Social Empowerment and Economic Development Society) Location: Delhi Type: Full-time About SEEDS Social Empowerment and Economic Development Society (SEEDS) is a not-for-profit organization working towards empowering communities through education, skilling, and social development initiatives across India. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female candidate to lead our Business Development and Partnership initiatives from our Delhi office. The candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships with corporate and government stakeholders, and mobilizing resources to strengthen SEEDS’ impact. Key Responsibilities  Identify and pursue funding opportunities from corporates (CSR), government projects, foundations, and international agencies.  Build and nurture strong partnerships with stakeholders and donors.  Draft concept notes, proposals, and presentations tailored to donor requirements.  Represent SEEDS at networking events, meetings, and conferences in Delhi and other locations as required.  Coordinate with internal program teams to align proposals with project implementation capacity.  Maintain donor database and ensure timely communication and reporting.  Support in branding, communication, and visibility activities of SEEDS. Qualifications & Skills  Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Development Studies, Social Work, or related field.  Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, CSR, fundraising, or partnerships (preferably in the NGO/Development sector).  Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal & written in English; Hindi desirable).  Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.  Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.  Female candidates are encouraged to apply as part of SEEDS’ commitment to diversity and inclusion.
