About Us: Social Booster Media (brand of 3D Chess Media LLC) is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in high-impact social media strategies for global brands. We're expanding rapidly and building a talented team to match our growth. Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can own the full recruitment cycle for an urgent 15-day hiring sprint, and then transition into managing the complete HR function, including onboarding, payroll, contracts, policies, and employee engagement. This is not a purely coordination role; you will directly source, screen, and engage with candidates. Youll work closely with the Head of Operations to build and scale the team. Key Responsibilities: Phase 1 — Talent Acquisition (First 1–2 Months) Plan and execute a high-volume recruitment drive for multiple roles. Directly source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed , and other platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews. Maintain a detailed recruitment tracker for all positions. Manage 2 interns (if required) to assist in sourcing and coordination. Phase 2 — HR Operations (Ongoing) Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation for all new hires. Manage payroll, contracts, and statutory compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and processes. Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance redressal. Maintain HR records and performance data. Requirements: 4–7 years of HR experience, with minimum 3 years in direct recruitment . Proven track record in high-volume hiring and meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with hiring for content/marketing, technical, and managerial roles. Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance in India. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment . Must be comfortable working 100% in-office near Magarpatta, Pune. Compensation: 8,50,000 – 12,00,000 per annum (Negotiable for exceptional candidates) Work Location & Hours: Location: Magarpatta, Pune Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (in-office only) Why Join Us?
