SOC Design Verification Lead

As a SOC Design Verification Engineer with Python Automation Engineers at UST, you will be a key member of the verification team responsible for developing and executing verification plans for complex System-on-Chip (SoC) designs. You will collaborate closely with design and architecture teams to ensure the quality and reliability of products. Your role will involve performing functional and performance verification of SoC designs using simulation, emulation, and formal verification techniques. You will create and maintain verification environments, develop test benches, test cases, and coverage models using industry-standard tools and methodologies like UVM, SystemVerilog, and C++. Additionally, you will debug and analyze simulation results, document verification results, and track progress. Your contribution will be vital in identifying and resolving design issues, understanding design specifications, and enhancing verification methodologies. Desired Skills: - Strong understanding of digital design principles and SoC architecture - Proficiency in hardware description languages (e.g., SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL) - Proficiency in scripting languages, especially Python - Experience with verification methodologies such as UVM, OVM, VMM - Familiarity with simulation tools like Synopsys VCS, Cadence Xcelium - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Prior experience with industry standard protocols like AXI, AHB, PCIe, DDR will be advantageous Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field - 8-12 years of experience in SoC verification - Proficiency in Python, C, C++ scripting language - Experience with SoC level functional and performance verification - Familiarity with formal verification techniques is a plus At UST, we are proud to uphold values like humility, humanity, and integrity that have been integral to our culture since inception.
