Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) delivery and operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cybersecurity operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing SOC contracts and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end SOC operations and service delivery.
Oversee incident detection, response, and resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize SOC performance.
Drive continuous improvement in SOC processes, tooling, and threat detection capabilities.
Manage and mentor SOC analysts and engineers.
Maintain and enhance cybersecurity tooling and integrations.
Provide strategic input on SOC architecture and roadmap.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
1015 years in SOC operations and delivery.
Certifications:
CISM, CISSP (preferred).

Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, etc.).
Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management.

Contractual Knowledge:

Good understanding of SOC contracts, SLAs, and service delivery models.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale SOC environments.
