Kindly share your resume on Auto@svmanagement.com Role- Generate new business with OEMs of passenger Cars and related industries and also manage the business of existing customers by improving the SOB. Responsibilities- Defining Customers in the market and predicting their requirements Preparation of Sales Plan, developing customer network, building & managing relationship with Channel Partners, ensuring Collections, managing sales in respective segment Generate RFQ based on requirements, Negotiation and finalisation of order. To ensure achievement of Sales Targets for BU the allotted segments of OEM. Prepare Sales Plan for Allocated Targets for the assigned territory/customers Allocating targets by customers and activities Identifying initiatives to grow business in OEM Identifying new opportunities to be captured for pushing Sales Achieving Sales Targets: Regularly monitor customer wise performance against Targets Address Issues faced by customer and resolve the issue of the customers. Customer Management: Ensure preparation of customer visit plans monitor adherence to the same. Implement action plan on identified new opportunities to grow sales network Candidate Profile: Bachelor s Degree in BE/BTech Mechanical Engg, MBA in Marketing would be advantage. Experience of 15-20 years in Auto components business preferably in Vehicle Interiors, Exteriors, Seating systems etc. (Other components experience will also do.) Strong business relationship, Network with major OEM’s. Team Management.
