You will be responsible for creating and maintaining IAM documentation, enforcing IT Policies and Procedures, and ensuring operational excellence in assigned programs and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors, along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management or completion of the Baker Hughes ASPIRE program. You should possess expertise in various IAM technologies such as SailPoint and Saviynt, as well as experience in implementation, support, and troubleshooting of Identity Management solutions. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management. Experience with Identity Management, Provisioning Identity Workflows, Access Management, Java Programming, Web Services, Single Sign-On, RBAC Auditing, User Access Reviews, and Report Generation will be beneficial. Proficiency in IAM technologies such as SailPoint and Saviynt, as well as expertise in connectors for directory services and custom connectors for provisioning and reconciliation, are essential skills for this role. Additionally, you should have experience in troubleshooting middleware and access management issues in various environments, along with the ability to plan and manage patching and upgrades for IDM tools. Your strong knowledge in design, development, and deployment of business process integration using IDM tools will be crucial for success in this position.
