The ideal candidate for the FAE-ANALOG / POWER position in Bangalore should hold a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputed University. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry in India. Your expertise should include familiarity with key power topologies such as Buck/Boost, Fly-back, Buck-Boost, Cuk, and Sepic. You should also be well-versed in key control theory mechanisms including peak current mode control, average current mode control, constant on time control with valley mode, and boundary mode control. Additionally, you should have knowledge of Snubber design with an understanding of Magnetics and their parasitics. Your skills should encompass important power IC concepts like RDSON/drive requirements for different applications, compensation, current limit, ESD protection, error amplifier, PWM comparator, driver requirements and sizing, bootstrap, and LDO compensation. Understanding key DC/DC and LDO tradeoffs and design concepts to reduce EMI will be crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Magnetics design, motor drives, and offline power, including power factor correction IGBT specifying knowledge. You should be willing to travel to customer locations to promote demand creation, both domestically and internationally. Possessing a passport and the ability to travel internationally for technical training is essential. You must have your own transportation for local conveyance.
