Role Overview: As a Data Visualization Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable visual insights. You will work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling solutions that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar. - Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, accurate, and optimized for performance. - Implement best practices in layout, color usage, and visual storytelling. - Translate business questions into effective visual analytics solutions. - Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to stakeholders. - Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions. - Work with data analysts and engineers to prepare datasets for visualization. - Clean, transform, and model data using SQL, DAX, Python, or other tools. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper integration from various sources. - Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and visualization needs. - Define requirements, mockups, and prototypes before development. - Provide technical consultations on dashboard usability and improvements. - Conduct testing to ensure data accuracy, performance efficiency, and user satisfaction. - Troubleshoot visualization-related issues and maintain continuous improvements. - Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and visualization standards. - Support data governance and ensure adherence to visualization best practices. - Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, finance, and management. - Provide training and support for end-users on dashboard usage and interpretation. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields. - 2-5 years of experience in data visualization, BI, or analytics. - Strong proficiency with at least one BI tool: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc. - Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and data preparation. - Experience with DAX, Python, R, or similar languages is an advantage. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and database fundamentals. - Excellent design sense and ability to create intuitive user experiences. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced and cross-functional environments.,
