As a ServiceNow Testing - Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for testing ServiceNow applications, including the Automated Test Framework (ATF), with a focus on ensuring software quality and compliance with requirements. With 3-5 years of experience in software testing, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and executing automated and manual test scripts using ServiceNow ATF. Your expertise in designing comprehensive test plans and test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with stakeholders will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts using ServiceNow ATF. - Design comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications. - Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and ALM. - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to maintain software quality. - Enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve test efficiency. - Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in ServiceNow testing. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in software testing, focusing on ServiceNow applications. - Proficiency in using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). - Experience with test management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and ALM. - Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: - Hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, CMDB, Catalog). - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) / ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. - Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies. - Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and practices.
