We are seeking a skilled Ergonomics Engineer with hands-on expertise in human simulation tools and ergonomic analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple ergo-related projects, along with exposure to immersive technology and motion capture tools. Role & responsibilities Use Process Simulate Human Builder tool for ergonomic simulations. Independently manage or support 3-4 ergonomic projects . Apply ergonomic theories like REBA , NIOSH , SNOOK , and ART in evaluations. Work with VR , XR , and Mocap (Motion Capture) tools. Utilize Xsens software for motion data analysis. Collaborate using 3D CAD software (preferred). Prepare ergonomic reports and dashboards using Excel , Word , and PowerPoint . Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Human Factors, or related fields
