Realx ERP is looking for an ambitious, energetic IT Sales Executive at Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh and surrounding Areas. The ideal candidate is someone with 3+ years of experience in software sales and associated business development roles. The individual will be someone with a keen interest in technology and its unique business cases. They will help us identify new business. If you are someone who possesses a keen understanding of enterprise software sales and the turnkey development market, we look forward to meeting with you. Responsibilities Develop a growth strategy focused on gaining new clients and building new pipelines. Conduct research to identify new markets and evolving customer needs. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or an associated role. Proven sales track record. Experience in customer support is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM software. Proficiency in English, Hindi and Local Language. Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. Education in Commerce/Business Administration, Sales or associated field.
