Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures. Excellent written skills in English. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development. Good experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence etc. Fundamental Analytical skills (including tools like SQL and Excel) and conceptual thinking skills. Experienced with concepts like Agile Methodologies. Understanding of networking domain and technologies is an add-on. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
