Job Title : Fitout Executive Location : Govandi/Chembur Job Type : Full-time Industry : Construction / Interior Fitout Experience : Minimum 2 years in RCC Finishing Job Description: We are seeking a Fitout Executive with strong experience in RCC finishing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing, supervising, and executing interior fitout projects with a focus on the finishing stages of RCC works. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality, high-precision construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the RCC finishing works for ongoing fitout projects. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of RCC finishes as per the design specifications. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality meets industry standards and project timelines. Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and material requisitions. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and regulatory requirements during the finishing phase. Review shop drawings, materials, and specifications to ensure compliance with the design intent. Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery. Assist in cost control and budget management for the fitout segment. Identify potential issues or delays early and suggest solutions to mitigate them. Collaborate closely with the site team to resolve any challenges during execution. Conduct final inspection and handover to the client once finishing work is complete. Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in RCC finishing works in interior fitout or construction projects. Strong knowledge of RCC work processes, materials, and techniques used in finishing. Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
