Job Summary:

As a Snacks Maker, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and packaging a variety of traditional snacks

and be part of a team that prepares authentic Kerala snacks like Pazham Pori, Vada, Bonda, and more using traditional recipes. We’re looking for skilled individuals passionate about cooking and maintaining high standards of taste and hygiene. Experience in snack preparation is preferred. Help us bring homemade goodness to every kitchen!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and follow recipes to produce snacks with consistency and quality.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and processes to ensure the best outcome.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and production area.

Package and label products with care and attention to detail.

Assist with inventory management and sourcing of ingredients.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications:

Experience in snack preparation or related culinary field is preferred.

Knowledge of Kerala traditional snacks and cooking methods is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring product quality.

Good attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
