The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales and brand presence of SnackJoy COOKIES across assigned markets in Uttar Pradesh. This role focuses on expanding distribution in tier-2 and tier-3 cities and tier-1 towns, ensuring strong visibility, and building long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. Job Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors/stockists. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely order replenishment. Expand distribution network in new towns and rural pockets. Conduct regular market visits to assess demand, competition, and pricing trends. Collect feedback from shopkeepers and consumers to improve offerings. Provide inputs on customer preferences and regional trends. Share weekly performance summaries with management.
