Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Resident Pediatric Surgery at Sn Medical College, located in Agra. The Senior Resident will be responsible for providing advanced medical care to patients, supervising and training junior residents, conducting medical research, and participating in departmental meetings and case discussions. The role also includes administrative duties and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols. Qualifications Medical Care and Patient Management Skills Supervisory and Training skills for junior residents Medical Research and Case Study Participation skills Administrative and Organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Agra MBBS degree with post-graduation in General Surgery, and Post doctoral in Pediatric Surgery Registration with the Medical Council of India Experience in a hospital or clinic setting is a plus
