Job Description

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machines, soldering tools, and equipment for PCB assembly. This includes performing both manual and automated assembly of electronic components while ensuring quality control checks are conducted regularly. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and inspect PCBs for soldering, rework, and final testing in order to meet production standards. Your role will also involve training students and team members on SMT processes, assembly techniques, and safety practices. Furthermore, you will support lab setup, maintenance, and demonstration activities for workshops and training sessions. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and at least 1 year of experience in total, with specific experience in PCB/SMT for 1 year (Preferred). A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is also preferred. The work location for this position is in person.,
