Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and on-site repairs. Diagnose faults and ensure timely resolution. Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documents. Train clients on equipment usage and safety. Maintain service reports and customer feedback logs. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service operations. Manage AMC schedules and documentation. Detailed Job Descriptions :- Expert in maintenance of Mounter Panasonic NPM-D3, SPI - Parmi & Kohyoung, DEK-Printer, AOI, Reflow and router etc. Basic knowledge of SMT processes. Basic electrical Knowledge is must. Capable to read Electrical and mechanical drawings. Handling of shift activities-Maintain log book, shift handover, running issues discussion, check critical spare availability Ability to analyze downtime and monitor OEE failure and ensure their root cause analysis & elimination Control Spare part consumption and manage their inventory Maintain all the record & documentation as per ISO / TPM standards Responsible of Model changeover activities at SMT floor. Proficient in reading machine reports and trouble shooting and analytic skill to identify issue root cause and take action 6s, TPM and other advanced manufacturing methodologies, tools and concepts. New machine installation, setup & Commissioning and successful trial and make ready for production Handling and Deployment of Engineering manpower in all the shifts Develop various maintenance system like - Breakdown Maintenance system, Preventive Maintenance System, Spare Procurement system etc. in SMT Develop and adhere Preventive maintenance system for all the equipment related to SMT line Analysis of major breakdowns and ensure its countermeasure to eliminate root cause Co-ordination with supplier / service provider to meet on time delivery/service
