To secure the correct product configuration and quality as per global changes and the customer requirements through support of engineering function. To provide support to engineering function in process/machine/infrastructure maintenance practices through better planning and execution of the preventive (including the calibration of the machines and systems) and breakdown maintenances. Also, to secure no production stoppage on account of the maintenance aspects. To maintain and follow the 5S Concept, implement Kaizen and safety measures required on the production lines and at other working areas. Partnering with training team, identify departmental training needs and oversee the effective training and completion thereof Requirements Min 15 - 20 Years’ experience in manufacturing setup of electronics and electrical Should have led SMT, Assembly & testing processes. M.Tech / B.Tech in (Electrical & Electronic Communication). SAP knowledge preferable. Knowledge of ISO/IATF is must.
