We are hiring SMT Production Engineers to join its high-tech manufacturing team in Bengaluru. This role requires hands-on experience with SMT production processes, component-level troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Ideal for professionals who want to be part of a global leader in electronics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Execute and oversee SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production processes on the manufacturing line. Perform SMT repair and debugging , ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality output. Carry out component replacement (CR) , including BGA (Ball Grid Array) repair and replacement . Conduct failure analysis and testing on defective boards and components. Ensure accurate inventory tracking of SMT components and coordinate with the supply chain team. Maintain documentation of repair work, rework logs, and testing results. Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to ensure production process improvements. Key Skills Required: Strong SMT process and components knowledge SMT repair & debugging expertise Component replacement and BGA repair/replacement Failure analysis, testing & troubleshooting Inventory and process management knowledge Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering OR B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
