Understanding of parameters and settings which would affect the cycle time, 8. Determining optimal product group for given set of products and optimal no. of machines & head configuration for those. Deliverables 1. Validation of line design and capacity thru simulations. 2. Recommend and plan to deploy the validated simulations. 3.
