Job Description

Should have Knowledge about JULZE Machine and their Equipment. Good Technical Skills with excellent Programming and Troubleshooting of AOI process also defects and drive toward problem resolution. Should have advance Knowledgeable in computer applications and troubleshooting. Must have advance knowledge on LAN and Network troubleshooting. Preferably with knowledge on Automated Optical Inspection machine operations who can handle the difficult faults and resolve that issues in limited time period. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and also Debugging the circuits using Schematics and board layouts. Expert and Well Aware about of various tools which used in SMT- Process and Programming. Responsible for making and maintaining Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) programs. Monitors AOI Performance Status and take necessary action and/or adjustment of the program Performs minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on AOI, visual inspection support machines and computers Individual Performer also manage the things individually. Desired Candidate Profile Mid-level engineer with Minimum qualification required B. Tech / Diploma minimum 3- 7 years experience or advanced technical degree with less years of experience. Preferred Experienced SMT / Mobile /telecom/ manufacturing. 2-5+ years of experience with SMT AOI Assembly environments or semiconductor backend processes in a production cleanroom environment is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with confidence rounded Thinker LAN and Network Troubleshooting Skills Required. Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e., Mobile, Materials, SMT, Production, Manufacturing, and Electronics) or the equivalent in technical training courses and 3-5+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor or Masters Degree will offset the experience requirement by 3 years
